We have taken these kayaks out twice. Though they are a little awkward to get on top of the car, they are the perfect size and sturdiness for fairly calm waters in the Puget Sound. I ordered padded seats but haven't tried them yet. I'm very happy with the purchase and that I was able to get them at a fairly decent price.

I only received one kayak. I was supposed to receive two kayaks. According to the pictures and reviews, this should be two kayaks. Yet, when it was delivered, the delivery company told me its just a "two pack" meaning you bought a kayak and a paddle. Not two kayaks and two paddles. I reviewed all of the reviews and pictures. It clearly states two kayaks and paddles in all of the reviews. I can't find any support from Amazon to complain or contact the manufacturer to get a refund or return this really really expensive kayak if It is really just one kayak! Super disappointed!

These kayaks are so stable that I cannot imagine ever tipping off them! They are flat enough and wide enough that I feel absolutely secure. As a non-swimmer and claustrophobic, a sit-in kayak was never going to work. This one is great! In addition, there is plenty of room inside the kayak to store gear, so I have used it for kayak camping! It tracks well and is light enough for two people to easily lift it. My husband and I carry them two at a time to the launch site without difficulty, and we are older retired folks!

I love my kyaks! It is easy to find your center of gravity, easy to get in and out of, and they can take some river abuse.
I have taken my kyaks out several times this summer and am quite pleased with the quality. The seat area is wide and the included seat back is fairly comfortable.
The cup holder could be deeper and I'm not a big fan of molded footing, but I've survived many hours on the water. These float pretty dang straight, are easy to float, and once again are easy to get in and out of.
My son did his first river kyak trip on 'his' kyak and did excellent, largely in part to the easy float these provide.

Shipping…not so much. Expect them to get scuffed up and roughly handled which I did. One in pretty good shape, other not so much. Both got some minor scuffs which we would end up doing ourselves with normal use but I did contact Lifetime Products warranty via email about the one kayak excessive damage. Has a pretty deep line, might even be a crack about 3 to 4 inches long and some pretty hard deep damage on bottom near center like it was spun on gravel. Photos show what I’m talking about. That was shipping damage and unfortunately hard...
