W Hines: I can leave this out on my prep area. When cooking on low temp it does not burn like butter often will. Cooked item still have the smell and taste of items cooked with butter.

Coheeba: The media could not be loaded. I have been buying TIn Star Ghee for a couple of years and the consistency mostly has be solid. The last two purchases have been mostly liquid. What gives?? The taste is ok, but I like it to be solid. Thinking about switching brands.
