Shannon Challender: I got this griddle and when I opened the box it was enormous. It was at least 50% bigger then my last griddle. The griddle surface is so smooth and VERY easy to clean. I cook omelets on it nearly every day and it is more than big enough. I have also cooked an entire breakfast on it including ham steak, fried potatoes, and eggs all at the same time. The only thing I have issue with is the tilt feature. The side rails pull away from the front of the grill and that makes the front of the griddle drop down and drain the cooking surface. However, they don't have anything to make them stay put when you are not using the tilt feature. I don't like to have my egg mix run down to the front of the griddle when I am making an omelet, but the legs don't have rubber on the feet or anything to make them stay in so they just sort of self adjust when they want to. Other than that, I like this griddle.

Margaret: I love the cooking space. its huge, but I do with that the tilt would stay where I put it. When there is nothing on it, the adjustable tilt works perfectly. but as soon as there is weight on it, the tilt wont stay up where I put it. It always slides down and when cooking something a bit messy but not greasy(like a lot of scrambled eggs), that can be an issue. Other than that one little issue it works great, heats evenly and quickly, easy to clean, just an all around nicely functional piece of kitchenware.

Just A Guy: This product is big enough for my needs. If it were bigger I might open the world's smallest restaurant or become a Mormon. Just kidding followers of Joe Smith, I'm not opening a restaurant nor am I following the LDS. The claims about it having hot spots are meh IMO. Yeah, there are spots that are warmer than others because the heating element does a single lap around the underside rather than wandering back and forth. After a few uses you will get used to it. Put the thick meaty stuff like sausage patties, bacon and burgers over the heating element and put the other stuff off elsewhere. I like the tilting function too. George Foreman would be proud because the fat can be drained away by rotating the sides out to allow the surface to be tilted downward. Clean up?...it's easy too.

Kim K Alfano: Used this huge griddle to make 10 large Challah Bread french toast slices for Christmas morning brunch. All of the slices fit on the griddle so every piece cooked at the same time. Such a large working surface. Can't wait to use it for sausage and peppers & onions. I'll be able to cook all on one pan leaving a single piece to clean up after the meal. I found it easy to clean. I tilted it in my large kitchen sink and was able to get it all washed up easily. Love the non-stick finish. Used a little butter for the french toast to help it brown, and there was no mess after cooking. I would recommend this griddle. For me it was the perfect solution to get all of the french toast cooked at the same time. My griddle heats evenly so all of the slices were done at the same time. I set it up on my kitchen island and there was no mess around the griddle after cooking. I found this to be a great product that performs like a charm.

DBanksDBanks: We use an electric griddle for bacon and pancakes, frequently for groups of sleepover kiddos. Our normal size griddle forced us to do many small batches. This griddle is a great size for feeding groups from 4-12 people.

I absolutely love the huge cooking area, and particularly compared to our old griddle, this is super easy to wash after each use.

The adjustable legs, which allow the griddle surface to be either flat for pancakes or tilted for a grease drainage, is a novel feature. However, because this griddle isn't small it can be a little bit tricky to store between uses. We store the griddle vertically, and the novel legs which are useful during cooking, splay out and make it even more unwieldy to store. There is really no way to pick it up from the side without the legs opening up undesirably.

this is a great griddle and a great value, but I wish there are a way to lock the legs in place to make them less of a pain in the neck during storage. I would highly recommend this product however.
