Sarah C: I have one cat, it took her what seemed like an eternity to switch over from a regular litter box to the Tidy Cats litter system. I was very much over regular litter tracked throughout my home. These pads do not quite last a whole week like they say. They work really well, but all the sudden you will know when you need to change the pad. For my one cat I usually have to change it every 5-6 days. This litter system is a more expensive option than clay litters, made more so by pads and pellets needing to be changed more often than they advertise. It is just a personal decision wether the cost is worth the cleaner floors. For me it is.

Florence Anne Smith: The system is very effective; no longer do I have kitty litter mess outside the litter box nor is it tracked through the house. The breeze pads absorb urine while combating odor. The pads are expensive however you can use other pet pads with baking soda to do similar job!

Mila: I recently got the tidy cats litter box system and am in love! Our kitten adapted very quickly and with no problem, and the clean up for me is much more enjoyable. I hated using clumping litter because it would end up all over the house, and it was hard to keep up with cleaning. With these pee pads, you place it in the tray, and replace every week. It's so easy and convenient! I was hesitant to buy this set up as it is a little expensive but I highly recommend it as an investment for yourself and your cats health. The pads never leak on me, I am very satisfied.

sitka1: This review refers to the whole Breeze Litter System--it is really genuinely great! I have used this system for probably about three years and still remain amazed by it. The smell is so well controlled, even when neglected, that I remain surprised. I got my sister to start to use it for her cats (one of whom is diabetic) and she has the same experience.
I tried everything. I have bought enclosed boxes, roller boxes (like Omega Paw), Littermate (three incarnations), Litter Robot (two incarnations); I have spent more on litter boxes of every shape and size and smartness--than I want to calculate. I have bought every sort of litter for all of these systems as recommended. Here is the bottom line:
Enclosed Boxes: Heavy, expensive, poor odor control
Roller Boxes: Filthy and unwieldy
Littermates: Hangs up every chance it can and if you live in a humid climate, they hang up even more.
Litter Robot: Absolutely filthy from the moment you wait a day too long and every day thereafter. [I really wanted to love this, but if you don't clean it daily the "refuse" is dragged across the top of the unit so creates a scum of "refuse" all over the thing. Let me define "refuse". This is...

SWT: Tidy Cats Breeze Cat Litter System --both the pellets and the urine pads-- are by far and above any other cat litter system. The only problem is two: 1) it is a bit pricier than other conventional litter systems; and 2) Hardly a store around including pet store chains seem incapable of keeping them in stock. I have wasted whole evenings driving around trying to find them and each time the store says they sell out as soon as they get them stocked. That said, I find that both problems are overcome by ordering both the pellets and the urine pads in bulk from Amazon as they are pretty much always in stock and always a couple to a few more dollars less even with shipping. I was adopted by a 3 month old abandoned and maimed cute lil kitten last November. She was cut b a weed eater, muscles contracted in her legs due to dehydration and barely able to open her eyes. That said, we nursed her with a baby bottle to get her hydrated, gave her a good flea shampooing, and and she has grown in 8 months from 3 pounds to a healthy 8. She never leaves my side. I initially only had the old fashioned kitty litter box the first couple of days we had her as a neighbor was nice enough to loan it to us....

Adrienne: I wish I went to this litter system a long time ago. You have to buy the whole catbox litter kit to use these pee pads but it works great! It does require at least 2 bags of litter initially to fill it up but I've only completely replaced all of the litter twice in the past 7 months (with only having one cat who eats alot---and therefore pottys alot) and then I add litter here and there as I throw out a few pieces each time I scoop it out. It's great to never have to scoop out stinky pee ever. This system stays smelling fresh until it's time to change the pee pad and then you smell a little but you just throw the pad out and replace it with a new one and you're done. As far as the smell with the cat poop it does stink but once it dries up it doesn't smell horrible and you just easily scoop it up.

I have to keep my cat litter in my bathroom in my condo and was so sick of having to vaccuum up litter or step on pieces as I got out of my clean shower and I no longer have cat litter mess tracked through my house! If a few pieces fall out of the litter box you just throw them back in or trash them and it's supereasy to clean up. I only have to change the pee pad once every other...
