My left hand when I cut meat or vegi’s. They work great. I ordered a second set because after a while the first set got stained from use and I had them awhile. Easy to clean put them in wash with your cloths.

Robt: I bought these gloves to use with a mandoline. So far, it has performed satisfactory and prevented me from cuts. It does tend to stain when handling carrots. The stains did not washed out when washed under the sink. I have not tried washing in a washing machine yet.

D.B. Roden: I bought these because after I sharpened my knives, I did not want to cut myself when using them in food preparation.
The gloves work great. They are easy to put on and clean up very easily. You do lose a little feel with the non-cutting hand but not much.
Not sure about heat resistance because I do not use them for anything hot.

J Schneider: I’m constantly slicing my fingers with our shredders at home! That have saved me, I still feel the blade and I’m careful, but it’s not cutting me. Definitely a great idea for anyone that enjoys cooking and doesn’t want to contaminate their food!
I also used them to shuck some corn fresh from the grill. I was able to hold the hot cobs easily. Multi use for sure.
