BENOIT LAVIGNE: The media could not be loaded.  This scale is cheap. It worked only few days because of the poor quality of the keys. Don't waste your money with this scale.

mikey: Bought about 2 months ago. It worked fine for a while. Tried to use it today and batteries were dead. No problem, I have new ones. New batteries in, it came on. BUT no numbers displayed. On/off several times and same result. Display will light up but nothing is displayed. It should have lasted more than 2 months.

UPDATE: If the scale had not failed, I would have given a 5-star rating. Although my order was past the Amazon return date, the vendor reached out and offered me a full refund. For this reason, and knowing electronics have a possibility for Sudden Infant Failure that cannot be anticipated,, I am revising my rating. This is the kind of customer service I like to see.

Ronald E. Moravec: Bought for my son to measure photo chemicals. I watched first try, and could see 2 gram quantities were off. Instructions fixed it. He to two masters degrees so assume nothing.

Dropped to floor after cleaning and it still worked. Robust construction!!!

Colton Porter: I've had a lot of scales over the years but this one's like perfect, you just take a red Dixie cup and you put it on and scale up whatever you need to after you tear it. It's great for scaling weed or mushrooms. Not good for really low point accuracy. But I tend to always tear a cup.

Ian: If you need laser precision look elsewhere and spend more. This is as good as it gets in the cheap seats.. included calibration weight makes it good value, everything works well enough and the cover is practical.

Gripes... Detachable cover would be nice. And surely by now we can do better than ±0.03g tolerance - but they're all this way.
