IT SHOWED IN THE PICTURES THIS WATER COMES IN A CASE SO I ORDERED YET IT WAS $16.14 FOR ONLY ONE BOTTLE AND WITH SHIPPING WAS $31.00. ADVISED COMPANY WAS NOT CLEAR ONLY ONE BOTTLE AND WOULD NOT REFUND ME. WHAT A RIP OFF. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.

— helped me with swallowing but leaves a coating in your mouth that is hard to get rid of. I wonder if all thickeners do. But i think thats a no-no for IDDSI, but maybe can’t be avoided.
— in case you're wondering, thickness does make a difference. Make sure to use what works best for you.
— With any of these thickened drinks, the thickeners can take a little water out of you at first, so if you start out dehydrated, you might feel thirsty before the liquids build up in your body, and you feel better.
— you'll get used to thickened drinks. Keep trying.
— The small bottles are made with plastic ribs inside, which hold back about a quarter of the drink at honey thickness, less with nectar. Makes you waste it. It is so expensive but helpful with swallowing, so you don’t want to waste a drop.
