Sheila S.: I use these lemon crystals in baking. Many friends and family don't like frosting so I mix these with powdered sugar and dust the tops of cakes and cookies. I sometimes use them in green tea. The flavor is amazing without the need to squeeze lemons. These crystals are a Godsend. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and squeezing lemons is a challenge. I happened across this when looking for lemon juice without additives. These lemon crystals have only lemon juice as an ingredient.

Patricia: So many of the flavored products for adding flavor to water contain sugar or artifical coloring or sweetners that it was a pleasure to discover these.
I use the lemon, lime, and orange flavors in a 16- 24 ounce water bottle. The flavors are pleasant, not overpowering, and leave no after-taste. I use two in larger bottles and 1/2 serving in an 8 oz glass.
They are easy to use. Retain their flavor over an extended time (I keep some in the glove compartment. ) When using a 1/2 I fold over the top and have never had a spill.

Sherry R Ray: Have a small jar that I use to mix True Orange, True Lemon, and True Lime I mix two packets of each with a shake. Great in Iced green tea and Hot green tea. Have bought diet Citrus green tea in stores and enjoy it so much. Having this on hand I can make it at home much cheaper and choose the taste by the amount I use. Our stores didn’t carry True Orange. I noticed it cost more then saw I was receiving more packets which made it cheaper than the flavors I had bought at the store. It would be good in any tea or to flavor water!

Joseph S. Wisniewski: tl;dr it's great in tea, hot chocolate, and covers the posassium citrate taste in my home-brew electrolyte drink, cheaply and efficiently. It's perfect for what it does.

It adds a pleasant flavor to water that covers the "tap water" taste or even the taste left over after the water has been through a Brita filter. You can also make limeade with it, or flavor tea or hot chocolate. More importantly, because this is what I bought it for, it covers the taste of potassium citrate.

One packet in an 8oz glass of water or a 16oz water bottle seems to do it for me as a flavor enhancer.

1/2 packet in a 11oz tea or hot chocolate is plenty. If you are not familiar with the joys of lime hot chocolate, you need to give it a go.

Takes a lot to make a glass of limeade: I use 6 packets and 3 tablespoons of raw sugar. But that's still just $0.42 vs $1 for a lime (plus the extra work).

And it makes a good vodka and lime.

I have water with a half teaspoon of potassium citrate twice a day. That normally has a taste that is best described as "strange", sort of like diluted milk. My normal solution, "just add tea" doesn't work. You cannot potassium citrate with...
