Selbst eine leichte Berührung (Fingerabdruck) des Touchscreens funktioniert nicht mehr richtig; man muss ständig sauber machen und polieren. Der Hersteller sollte mit dieser Induktionsplatte 5 Mal täglich für ein Jahr lang selbst kochen!!!

d buoy: Switched from gas to induction. A couple of my favorite pots won't work, but otherwise a short learning curve. Clean up is much easier, invisible glass cleaner as second wipe leaves sparkling clean. The odd spillover that bakes on comes off with brasso and a microfibre cloth/a little elbow grease.
In general delivers more even and controllable heat. The expensive part was getting the electrical service run and gas capped off (about 1200).
Much safer than gas and a great option from the safety perspective.

Tzippy&Ronnie: So far so good. Not too many options for the 12 inch variety. However this is so far holding up. It heats up quickly and serves its purpose.

Bryan: Great feature rich cooktop with one issue I'm having. The first time the cooktop is powered (turn the breaker off, wait a few seconds, then turn back on), the boost function will work GREAT! The center burner pulls about 13.5 amps, 3kw!!, and it boils water incredibly FAST! But,,,, once the boost times out (just like in video games, you can't run boost forever :D), it'll never work again, UNLESS the unit is power cycled.

Overall, I'm very happy with the cooktop! It's easy to use, super strong, and has 5 burners, exactly what I was looking for in a 36" cooktop.
I've made steaks on a sizzling HOT cast iron pan, looooow and sloooooooow stews, beans, and overnight soup stocks (sooooooo good!!). Great all around cooktop, even if boost isn't working.

Ally: So far this item is great. We wanted to try out an induction cooktop to see if we liked it.

Lots of power and boils water quickly.

Controls were a little confusing at first but after reading the manual they were fine.

Had to get an electrician because our electrical controls were outdated in our home but I could have probably done it myself if I had the correct connections.

Really my only real complaint is that it doesn’t handle low temperatures that well. It seems to turn the heat on and off frequently causing a quick boil and then nothing instead of a constant simmer. But it still works and for the price I’m still very happy with it.

KittyKat: The media could not be loaded.  Easy to wipe off spills while your cooking. I'm loving the temperature control. The top only gets hot from the pan. After heating water in my kettle, turned it off, remove from cooktop and was able to touch the stove it was hot from the kettle but the the heating elements. So Kool and safe with my special needs son.

April of 2022 I purchased this cooktop. I can’t turn it on. It’s malfunctioning. Too many times I have not been able to cook because it turned off by itself, having to remove everything off to turn it on sometimes. If a little water gets on it it turns off. I can’t even get it to turn on now. 😿😿😿so disappointed.

Holly ChalkHolly Chalk: We had an unfortunate accident with our old/traditional all-electric cooktop where a stone mortar was dropped and smashed the glass. So... in the market for a new cooktop. We've had a plug-in induction cooktop for years and loved it and decided to make the change to upgrade to an all-electric induction cooktop. Lowes and other places had them for $2,200+ with delivery 2+ months out. We took a chance on this unit for about $460 and boy are we glad we did. The unit dropped into the hole we had in our granite cooktop, wired into the electric box we used for our old traditional cooktop, and was installed in under an hour.

The product works absolutely great. We bought induction friendly pots and pans (that almost cost the same as the cooktop) and they do a perfect job. We also bought some induction-friendly cooking mats. Those keep the cooking surface from getting scratches. Together, we've found the whole cooking process is very easy and this product is a champ.

With that said, warranty information on this product is hard to find. The company is small and support seems like it would be low (though we have not needed any support). We figure, for $480, if we get 2 years...

Syndelle: La plaque est défectueuse, un des éléments fait fermer l'électricité totale de la maison si ont l'utilise même après un branchement par électricien et après un appel a la compagnie ils s'en balancent royalement et disent de communiquer avec Amazon pour un remplacement mais il n'y en a plus du tout de ces plaques.

Well, I'm updating my review because fortunately this company has responded well to my situation. They sent me a completely new stove! Great! It has worked flawlessly the last 2 days, so I guess they and I got unlucky with the first one which was behaving strangely from the beginning. Nonetheless, they had supported me all the way, and that says a lot about at company and I hope it gives confidence to other costumers. I'm very happy. This stove is great and I like that it is compact having 5 burners and all touching sensors controls. It looks amazing at my kitchen.

Customer service has contacted me and they are trying to solve the situation.

After around 15 minutes of use, the upper left burner sensor control gets stuck at level 2. The rest of the burners work while you won't turn them off, otherwise they won't turn back on.

The behavior persists even if the stove is completely turn off and back on.

To get the stove to work again, I have to disconnect it from the wall plug and connect it again, until a few minutes of cooking that the weird behavior arise again.

New to all of this: Ok I did a little research before buuying this. After going to home depos and home hardwares trying to test out what was going to not scratch and basically be a POS. After looking into a few different things I thought what the hell. its amazon. if it sucks i will return it. Got it shipped out via canada post-i was happy to see that it was in perfect order. my husband and I took the old cook top out and was pleased to see it was literally a matter of unplugging the old one and plugging this one in. It came with all the ends required! We hooked it up and were off to the races. It cooks great. Nice and steady heat. doesnt hit the temp and 'damper' down like many I looked at. This bad boy has my water boiling in 3 mins. or less. the ultra high option is a Great feature. Because I have next to zero patience the answer is yes- i have boiled over things like potatoes and pasta. and fortunately it is just a matter of lifting the pot and giving it a quick wipe. clean up with this thing is a total breeze. so happy my made the decision that I did to just wing it and order from amazon!
