Michael Tricoli: Understand that this book is not a textbook, nor a acedemic piece. It is a basic review for someone who needs to either brush up on their knowledge base or an introduction to therapies.

Church: These three books have been very helpful and very interesting.
The DBT was an excellent book for anyone who wants to learn to remain calm and make better choices instead of just knee-jerk reacting to stressful trigger situations. This could help in any area of life from relationships and parenting, to work life. Don't hesitate to get this if you want to improve yourself and handle difficult people by learning how to handle yourself.
Even the book on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy was useful because the author divided it into 8 steps, making it more intriguing and interesting. In particular, I really like step number six, “Check your Attention.” It really opened my eyes.
As for the book on Emotional Intelligence, I would say that it is essential to make it work and to ensure that we are able to keep many of our emotions under control.
I recommend these books to everyone :)

Vittoria: The book about emotional intelligence is beautiful. I have read other books obout this topic and this was one of the best. I am a very stressed and anxious person and I panic even in normal situations. My condition has become quite heavy for the people by my side who at first supported me and listened to me; however, over time, I felt that I was a burden. Now that I think about it, how can you blame them?
Even just the thought of having to undergo a job interview, I was sick and crying because of anxiety and panic. Since I have realized this problem, I started reading various forums and following a few videos, and the situation was starting to get better, but reading books like this one has actually helped me a lot more.
The other two books have been very useful and very interesting and I would say that without those, something would have been missing.
So, I highly recommend grabbing this 3-book bundle and reading them all.

Melissa Pacheco: I got it to improve with my mental health, and I couldn't be more pleased. I like how everything is explained thoroughly but in simple terms. The basic aspects for increasing emotional intelligence are really significant. Also, the Therapy chapter is good; it is great to learn strategies to manage stress.

Caniah MayoCaniah Mayo: This book has by far been the best DBT, EI, and CBT guide. It explains all three thoroughly and understandably, and it helps you master them. It trains your mind and helps you better yourself. One of the best parts of this book is its three in one feature. I didn’t have to purchase three different books for $20 each, I only had to buy one. It was well worth my money and will forever have a place right beside me on my desk for future reference and use.

StefanoStefano: I’m really glad a purchased this book because it honestly contains a wealth of knowledge when it comes to anxiety. I’ve had anxiety for several decades but just “dealt with it”, as I’m sure many others do. After a serious car accident though, my anxiety became much worse, and I also had to cope with chronic pain. One of my friends recommended this book since it breaks down many issues and provides great self-help exercises and coping suggestions. I particularly appreciated the chapters “Fighting Emotional Drain” and “Understanding Anxiety” that allowed me to gain insight into these topics that I deal with on a daily basis. I would certainly recommend this book to anyone who wants to work on their fears and anxiety, so they can understand their emotions better while learning essential skills to managing them.

Lindsay Pereira: Stress is nothing new for me since I normally work over 50 hours a week, but since I changed my job recently, I’ve been having more and more problems sleeping because my brain won’t “shut off”. I was looking for a book that specifically offered tips to help with stress but that also explained what happens to us mentally and physically during high periods of stress, so I could clearly understand how I need to change my approach to work. I’m glad I found this book because it’s super informative and has tons of strategies to eliminate stress and exercises to calm the mind. If you’re not sure which book to choose for dealing with stress and negative emotions, I highly recommend this one!

Rebecka: So I am returning to school to become a therapist. These are interesting reads to help but Ng self awareness. I am still reading them. But so far there are some good insights.
