rockon: Theraband doesn't disappoint. My first one lasted almost 15 years with serious abuse. Needed a new only because I need to add some air and after all this time the plug is stuck and broke off when I tried to remove it. Worth the price for sure.

Saraalonso: The product arrived in a plastic bag, the ball is totally unbranded which leads me to think that this is not the product I purchase. Not as advertised. The inflator is a toy and it took forever to inflate the ball. To he honest, I am pregnant and I am not sure I am going to use this ball because it feels totally unsafe.

WN: I buy exercise balls for my herding dog who goes nuts running them around the yard and bobbling them up in the air. We go out every day on my wooded property where an exercise/herding ball takes sharp sticks and me kicking it hard as I can over and over. I've been through every top brand of exercise ball, and they all drop dead within five days. Cheap or expensive, five days tops and I've been through at least two dozen. This Theraband Ball lasts up to four months! There's another brand of 65cm ball called "Live Infinitely" which did as well, however I suspect it's just a rebadged Theraband. Or vice versa. Who knows anymore. Either way, this is the strongest of exercise balls.

Julie Atkinson: I ordered the 75 cm TheraBand Stabililty Ball and I am only 5'6". It is recommended for athletes 6'2" and over but I find this is the perfect size for doing ab crunches and upper body exercises on the ball and for heavier people. I don't have to get down so far to the floor. I find it's the right size even for my height. Would consider getting an additional ball, one size down for leg exercises. Good quality. Never stays still so get a holder for it or it will roll away. Make sure to blow it up to the pamphlet instructions and don't over inflate.

Dayana Elizabeth Palacios Monroy: Compre 2 para regalar y están muy bien de calidad. El plástico es grueso y es de buena calidad. No trae bomba pero la puedes inflar con cualquier inflador de balones. La medida va en función de la altura y peso. Yo compré las de 75 cm (es la de color azul) y sirven perfecto para sentarse sobre ellas y para diferentes ejercicios de yoga.

sara mason: I'm loving this stability ball.
I used an electric pump to inflate to 75% one the day I opened it. I didn't follow the instruction to lay out the thing over night. It's very durable material!
2nd day: inflated to 90% +/- and the 75cm was perfect height for me (5'9") to replace the office chair & maintain 90° knees-floor
I am using some stick-tack putty as a sealant around the plug to prevent any air from escaping ... it seems silly to keep pumping the thing up if I can prevent it from deflating

I love this thing. My hips are happier at the end of the day and it's fun :)
