Alli: I am a neat freak and clean my tiles with many products. But with kids, dogs, and a husband with muddy shoes, our grout has accumulated much dirt over the years. Nothing cleaned it until I got this product. By chance, I saw this on Amazon and with the affordable price decided to try it. Along with some grout brushes, I used this product and was amazed at the beautiful results! Twenty years of dirt was removed and I can now see the original coloured grout! Added to this is the bonus that the tiles also look restored and have a brilliant shine! I'm such a cleaning nerd but yes, I highly recommend this product!

Kristi Martin: I can't say that this works any better than other grout cleaners... it does a decent job. I thought the included brush would be nice and easier to use as I have thick grout lines. It fits well in the grout lines but it isn't as easy to use as I thought, the handle would be better as an X maybe where you can lean more on it to scrub... my arm gets tired quickly using it like a saw lol.

Chris K: Smells good & works great with a grout brush and a good Scrub. I wound up using a ketchup type squirt bottle so for more control where the fluid went. Basically I squirted it on a small area, let it sit for a minute, scrubbed it with a grout brush, soaked it up with a dry rag, then washed it with a clean wet rag. Worked great & looks a lot better after the grout drives a day or two later. It was a 2 day project and it didn't wear gloves at all. The 1st day I was fine but by the end of day 2 it was getting to my skin.

Jacquelyn Rokosh: I used this to clean the grout on my tile floor. While it did not whiten the grout in any way it did lighten it and certainly cleaned it. I plan to redo the grout sealer and wanted to get it as clean as I could before embarking on that. The product performed as I expected; certainly no miracles!

Joanne C.: I always read the reviews but try to take them with a grain of salt: is it really that amazing. This one is. I used it first on a small bathroom floor with white grout-or what used to be white grout. First I noticed that it didn't stink. I am super sensitive to smells and this did not have a smell, not even a perfumy one. Other than the spots where the grout had broken up and patches are needed, it did great. Perfect-probably not but that grout is at least 10 years old. It gets washed and I have tried some other products with no difference. This made a RADICAL difference! So I kept going to the kitchen with dark grey grout. What i liked out there was it cleaned the tile in the tight spots near doors and the stove that get grimy but a swiffer just doesn't do enough for. The grout looked better too. My one complaint is the product seems to leave a soapy residue. I don't own a sponge mop so trying to clean that up was difficult. I would suggest making sure you have a traditional mop of some kind to wash the floor with after. Swiffer won't work.

JF in SD: TL;DR it works but baking soda was cheaper and worked slightly better.
I bought this to clean grout between large floor tiles in the kitchen after reading a review describing it as the best spray grout cleaner. It worked fine. No smell, easy clean up. But side-by-side with a 1:1 or 1:2 baking soda:water mix (which I used while waiting for delivery) the baking soda was probably slightly better. So I bought a huge box of that and finished the floor that way leaving this cleaner for touchups in the future. The only down side I found with the baking powder was a tendency to leave a grainy film of leftover powder which was easy enough to remove next day with water.
