Adrienne: I used this to cover the paint applied on the grout by a previous owner. The only way to get rid of the paint was to either scrape the grout or cover it. This works very well and I am pleased. No more green paint on beige grout. Extremely pleased.

MMurphyMMurphy: I thought I bought 2 colors but my bad I checked and accidentally ordered 2 of the same color ..the beige if very yellow as an FYI..in hind sight a white or silver would have looked better but I'm not redoing it as this was my project of a 5 month home update and enough is enough for now. The kitchen floor is 14x16 with 10" tiles and it took 2 wide and 2 narrow markers to do it.
Next time I'll use the narrow the wide is very wide so you clean up lines alot. I waited 5 days and swift wet mopped floor and it's staying..seems like it soaks in so there are few places to go back over ...buy extra tips they do fray and go from points to almost paint brush. The old color was charcoal, so it did cover well.

mike ficca: Needed to bring the color back after cleaning our shower grout. There is plenty of paint sealer inside this tube to do a very large shower and then some. That is a good thing in that over time I may need to redo some grout areas and there will be sealer in the tube ready to go. One issue is that the applicator tip is a bit too wide for some areas. I would recommend also purchasing the smaller tube with its smaller tip if your grout is not wide.

Pam: This grout pen does seem to really work to refresh my grout. I have just finished using the wide tip model in beige on my bathroom floor and I’m very pleased with the results. Fingers crossed it will hold up under normal usage and cleaning. But I can offer a couple of pointers. If you need the wide tip for your grout lines, also get the narrow tip. It’s impossible to get the wide tip into corners or wherever the grout line meets a wall or other vertical surface. Keep in mind that the felt tip loses its beveled edge quickly due to the abrasion of grout. I had bought the pack of extra tips. I used the original tip for the entire bathroom, but used one of the spare tips in my fingers when the paint wouldn’t go into the deeper pits in the grout. I don’t know how you go about changing the tip on to the pen. Also, you will need to wipe the tile edges along the grout, which is easy to do with a paper towel. But work in small sections, as the paint does dry quickly.
