Kly: I'm not a professional cook/chef. And by know means knowledgeable on mid-eastern cuisine. Nerely a somewhat adventurous cook, and eater. Since I'm Not a fan of that cuisine and exploring, I learned they're know for multiple, complex seasons/spices, some which are hard to find. In one such venture, I discovered this as an ingredient amongst many others, and it was suggested that if could only have one ingredient... this is it, I've only used a few times (ck curry, butter ck, veg tangine) it it creates a fair to better, nod to that cuisine.

Jb93: I have been looking for garam masala and the spice section and coming up with nothing. The spice section in the grocery store is super huge and I literally feel like trying to locate something you've never found before in the thousands of little bottles before you can prove to be quite difficult. Amazon always makes it easy, order it and even pay with your EBT. The spice I'm really enjoying.

M B Fay: Of all the Garam Masalas I have tried, I find the one sold by Spice Hunter to be the best in all categories, especially flavor. I have tried quite a few other Garam Masala brands in the past but, now, I use only the Spice Hunter brand. In addition to the flavor, the aroma is wonderful and will fill the kitchen with mouth-watering fragrance. I would definitely buy Spice Hunter's Garam Masala again and again.
