ExRxIT: I know there are many different garam masala recipes, and I can't fault this one for being different than what I bought at the supermarket. Just be aware that Sichuan pepper is a prominent ingredient in this one. If I had known that (should have read the ingredients closely before buying), I would have bought something else.
