I used it three times in a row and had to stop because my face became so tight and sensitive (retinol burn) but- I had minimal dryness with no peeling or redness. I think my skin faired so well because of the squalene component. I now use it a few times a week and my skin is super soft. This almost works well to mix with moisturizer if the skin cannot tolerate it on its own. Almost its on oil- its not greasy

Alli: So I've been using retinol for a while but I wanted to try a new one because the CeraVe one causes a burning feeling on my skin and isn't doing much for me. After using this for about a week, the stubborn breakout I've had on my chin for weeks, has almost fully cleared up in a matter of days. Khadijah: This is my first time using retinol so I am starting out small… I have just used this once and I think it is worth it as it does not strip off the moisture in your face.. I will only be using it during my nighttime routine to avoid sun damage and get the best out of it

Camila: I honestly find this product incredible. If you are uncomfortable with your skin on your 40’s ++ this product will change your life. I finished my first bottle and ordered the second one already. My skin is brighter, smoother, no acne or dark spots. It did burn and itchy a little bit on first 2 weeks but you have to use a good moisturizer and trust the process. I wear sandals a lot and my toes were so dark I decided to use a little bit and BAM my feet look ten years younger lol. This stuff is a must have. Also for my dark knees as well works really amazing. And don’t forget your hands! Wow my hands look so much brighter I even feel comfortable wearing my weeding ring again. I am so grateful for this product and the ordinary company. I love it!

JLS: My skin broke out when I initially started using this. And my skin hasn't broken out in years. I read about my skin possibly going through a "purging" process that could take up to 6 weeks, but that didn't really seem worth it to me since my skin was fine beforehand. I've used the generic Rx form of Retin-A in the past with no problems. I started using a lot less and that has really helped. It is very oily and even though my skin is a combination of oily and dry and can really handle most products, I think the oiliness of this was causing me to break out. I think this product is definitely worth trying for the price, since anything retinol is expensive, and it feels REALLY good on the skin. If you're concerned about break outs or having a reaction, I would start with a smaller amount than you think you should be using and use it every few days or so to start.
