Boston: This does all that it says it does, my 71 year old skin looks 51 instead of 81 like it did before I started to use this item. It's light on your skin, not greasy and heavy which is why I haven't used creams like this-- I always felt like I was being suffocated. I highly recommend it!

Euler'sFan: I just finished using my second blue jar of Retinol by Olay. I liked it and I could use it on my eyes and neck as well. I started a week ago to you use this brand. It is very potent and I could feel and see some results immediately on my face. I had to back off a bit by using it every other day on my face as I could feel some light irritation. I did not use it around my eyes but I did on my neck. Big Mistake!! At the first application I ended up with a red patch and my skin is still burning after a week. I should’ve tested first. The same thing happened to me a few years ago using a glycolic pad which I reviewed. The red irritated patch took a year and a half to disappear. I could not put anything on my neck for a very very long time. Not worth trying.

Gabriel Hernandez: So I had this wrinkle on my forehead that was becoming a real problem. I bought this product… thought… sure, why not give it a shot? And lemme tell you… it WORKED! I apply it on the wrinkle every night before bed and I would say after about 2 weeks I started to see a difference. I’ve been using it for months now and you can barely tell the wrinkle is there.
Then there was a crease on my neck that I started to notice. Thought that this product would work for that as well, but nope. No dice. I have no idea why. You’d think it would, but I’ve been using it for a couple months now on my neck crease and have not seen any improvement. But still super excited about the fact that it worked on my forehead wrinkle!

Gwen: I tried the serum and moisturiser, unfortunately both left my face feeling dry. I was quite surprised as the reviews rated it quite highly. I won't be buying again, due to price and not leaving my skin feeling good after use.

War erst skeptisch wegen des für Neutrogena recht hohen Preises, aber man spürt und sieht schon kurz nach dem auftragen, wie sich die Haut glättet und straff anfühlt. Am nächsten morgen ist es immer noch zu sehen.
Das ist bei weitem nicht mein erstes retinol Produkt, aber mit diesem Serum bin ich bisher echt zufrieden!

S1972: Ok product, no irritation or redness, absorbs easily and no strong smell. Pump dispenser means you get the right amount and don’t squirt it across the room. Lasts well. But don’t know if my skin is better in any way (I already use serums and moisturiser so wasn’t starting from zero, but reviews made me expect more visible impact). If not using anything before you might get noticeable results (but you would from anything tbh). I have all the same wrinkles I did before but they haven’t got worse and my skin hadn’t become congested from using this.

Em: My skin always looks better the next day after using this - I've not been great at using it continuously, but the difference one use here and there makes earns its stars, and I'll definitely be repurchasing when it's done.
It's not too drying or irritating, which is a problem I've had with other retinol containing products, but you definitely need a moisturiser with this if you have normal to dry skin like I do.
The only issue I have is that it's silicone-based. As stated, I've got on well with this, but I've had some reactions to silicone in the past and I know many others can't tolerate it. It also tends to ball up a little bit if I try to use a facial oil with it, so I only use other silicone based moisturisers when using this.
Worth giving a go at this price though - my skin looks clearer, brighter and more even and toned after using.

R.B.: I am only in my early twenties, but have very dark shadows under my eyes where the skin seems very sunken. I heard for people my age this product was very effective for these problems, so I took the risk spending twice as much on an eye-care product than I usually would.

Unfortunately for the first week I failed to realize there was a separate Neutrogene Rapid Wrinkle Repair Serum for eye care specifically, so when I applied this product to my eyes it was too strong and the skin around my eyes began to flake. The product does clearly state this should happen and is only a short-term side-effect, so I persisted with using it for a week. However at the end of the week I was disheartened to find it seemed to have made the skin under my eyes even MORE fragile and I could even see it was slightly wrinkly!! It seemed to be doing the opposite of it what it advertised. A bit scary for someone with young skin!

But after realizing I was using the wrong product under my eyes because it is too powerful for the thinner skin, I began to use it in very, very fine amounts instead. After two weeks of doing this, my undereyes definitely began to improve! I was impressed. The shadows...
