Amber: I’ve purchased two trees from this company, and both of them came beautifully packaged. So far they are both thriving, but I’ve only had them for about a month. I would absolutely recommend using this company and I will be purchasing more trees.

Carol Steele: This was a surprise birthday gift for my son-in-law who lost a Weber lemon tree several years ago in a hurricane. He was thrilled to receive it and has already planted it. One problem….the Happy Birthday note was missing. Other than that…perfect.

LelekBolek: It's ok-ish, if you don't plan to actually gift it. Or if the recipient never sees the photo on Amazon.
Aside for neat burlap wrap and a much thinner small piece of ribbon, and overall healthy-looking plant, there are many - wait, what?! - than make you take a second look for missed items or description.
PLANT: smaller, skinnier, perhaps as tall but not a bush, no lemons. Of the only two branches that shoot straight up (no other tributary branches, just the two sticking upward) one was broken on arrival, reducing it even more. Otherwise looks healthy. Just a very far cry from "pictured".
PACKAGING: Inside pot was well packed. Outside box had a "fragile" stamp, but lacked "this end up", which left it to the delivery person's imagination... they were wrong.
It was for myself and my kids "home garden", but as it is - I don't see it making lemons any time soon, which was sort of expected. I will update on that if any changes.
I have had good luck getting plants and seeds from here and other online stores, but this was in the lower 30-20% as far as satisfaction goes.
Update: overall experience is much improved after contacting the seller. Well handled "customer...
