Candace: The recipes are very well written so that the food actually tastes GOOD as well as HEALTHY. I dedicated myself to sticking to daily dozen app with the new "tweaks" he has added and have been dropping weight like crazy. It might just be water weight at this stage but any lost weight is welcome! I love that the profits are donated to charity. No reason to not buy this book!

Bettina: I was surprised how much I like this book. We really want to try every single recipe. Unfortunately, the book arrived heavily damaged. It was clearly returned by somebody else first. The book is very damaged, but the amazon box looked fine :( We decided to keep it anyway.

Comprei também a versão Kindle para te-lo as mãos quando fosse as compras. Mas ela só serve pra isso porque de resto é decepcionante. Estragaram todo o layout das páginas, ficou feio e abagunçado. Como de hábito, as fotos não podem ser aumentadas. Achei que a versão eletrônica seria como um belo pdf do livro, mas a versão para o kindle é um lixo.

Anders: I also bought the non diet cookbook from the same author.

They are both great, but I guess the diet version got recipes with lower calories & more focus on foods that fills you up for a low calories price.

I love them both for now, I will likely add more to this review after I get more of the ingredients stocked up so I can make most of what is suggested.

Eating a non-Frankenstein food diet is for sure a bigger job. Like getting into the habit of using more time on preparing / cooking your food. But it also tastes much better, gives more energy, more happiness.

- A month into my "Whole food" diet change, this time doing it 100%, not as a short-term "test" like in the past. I can say that I love it and my life has already changed for the better after just 30 days :)

Megan Tansen: I love this cookbook. I see people whining about the long list of ingredients. Calm down. The long list is due to spices, here's what you need and here's how much. So easy. If the recipe calls for something I don't like, just substitute something I do like.

Dominika Chodysz: I found it strange you could actually achieve flavor in dishes from around the world without using salt. Amazing book for anyone suffering from diabetes, heart issues, obesity, etc.

AL: I bought 10 cookbooks, in the same family, Plant based, some were SOS free, some were not. At that moment, I didn't know how far I wanted to take this diet. I just knew I wanted to eat healthier. I knew I wanted to do plant based exclusive. I wasn't sure about the SOS free part. After continuing my research it changed to be about a way of eating for the rest of my life. You see, I was turning 50 and I was noticing for a while now that my body was changing. My aches and pain where different. I liked the part about locking in my minerals by going SOS free (with maybe a little miso)!
This cookbook allows anyone to take it to the health level needed for optimal health.
Eating this way is hard enough! This book puts you right up there where you need to be without having to look all over the place. Don't get me wrong, there is some work involved. You have to prepare some basic sauces before you start. Sodium is everywhere. I just lOoved that it taught me what to do and how to do it DELICIOUSLY!
