Terri: I only expected to be interested or be able to use a few recipes like most cookbooks I’ve bought in the past. Every recipe in this book is exactly - EXACTLY what I’ve been wanting all in one source. This recipe book is well written and well laid out. I’m excited about these recipes and plan to start making one meal per day everyday from this book beginning tomorrow. I recommend this book.

European female: I have to modify my diet due to health reasons or become very ill. I decided this book might help me with some added variety so that I stick to the new lifestyle meals. I have so far tried out two breakfast meals, one with wholegrain rye and barley, which I have never used before. The meals were very tasty. There are also some food combinations that I am eager try out.

Anders: I also bought the non diet cookbook from the same author.
They are both great, but I guess the diet version got recipes with lower calories & more focus on foods that fills you up for a low calories price.
I love them both for now, I will likely add more to this review after I get more of the ingredients stocked up so I can make most of what is suggested.
Eating a non-Frankenstein food diet is for sure a bigger job. Like getting into the habit of using more time on preparing / cooking your food. But it also tastes much better, gives more energy, more happiness.
- A month into my "Whole food" diet change, this time doing it 100%, not as a short-term "test" like in the past. I can say that I love it and my life has already changed for the better after just 30 days :)

White ChocolateWhite Chocolate: The book and contents are wonderful, but the front cover was marred. If it were to have been a gift, I would have returned it, but since it was for myself, I kept it. I would have preferred it in better condition though, even for myself.

AL: I bought 10 cookbooks, in the same family, Plant based, some were SOS free, some were not. At that moment, I didn't know how far I wanted to take this diet. I just knew I wanted to eat healthier. I knew I wanted to do plant based exclusive. I wasn't sure about the SOS free part. After continuing my research it changed to be about a way of eating for the rest of my life. You see, I was turning 50 and I was noticing for a while now that my body was changing. My aches and pain where different. I liked the part about locking in my minerals by going SOS free (with maybe a little miso)!
This cookbook allows anyone to take it to the health level needed for optimal health.
Eating this way is hard enough! This book puts you right up there where you need to be without having to look all over the place. Don't get me wrong, there is some work involved. You have to prepare some basic sauces before you start. Sodium is everywhere. I just lOoved that it taught me what to do and how to do it DELICIOUSLY!

SDL: Super contente de cet achat! J'explore toutes les recettes du livre depuis plusieurs mois, c'est vraiment super pour manger plus sainement!
Il faut quelques compétences en anglais mais au pire avec un traducteur on comprend vite ce qu'il faut faire!
C'est pratique parce que les quantités en "cups" sont notées aussi en grammes ou millilitres, plus usités en Europe!
J'ai aimé quasiment toutes les recettes testées, vraiment rarement déçue, ce qui est exceptionnel pour un livre américain xD
