lk23: This book did such a great job of explaining the fall and its consequences for mankind and then explaining God’s plan of redemption! It was simplified and engaging for a class of 4-6 yr olds without compromising on the biblical content.

Michael Callisto: The book is garbage. It skips major parts of the Bible story, especially Jesus's life. Nothing about His miracles, nothing about his ministry. It doesn't even mention Adam and Eve's names. It's oversimplified to the point of being confusing. Why is it so hard to find a Bible book for young children that actually tells a coherent story?

M. Woodstock: This was an incredible read. The Bible condensed into a children's book. I read this with my children and it had me in tears. The story is so well told about the significance of the garden, the curtain and the cross that I felt overwhelmingly loved by our Father and the sacrifice made by Jesus. I felt it helped me and my children understand that the Father is always and only ever a loving Father to us.
My wonderful daughter (age 3) has for a long time struggled with what Jesus was put through - spat upon, tortured and ridiculed. When she read this again with her God Mother I heard her say 'it's okay - it was always in the plan'. The way the story is relayed offered a wonderful assurance for her and I do believe that she now understands that this sacrifice made by God of His son was ok - in the plan - and allowed life and life in abundance.
Please do share this with your children. There is an anointing in this book. To the author and illustrator - THANK YOU. I believe you are also 'In The Plan'.
