jacob s.: This is exactly what it is titled, Great for Beginners. I am personally a beginner with understanding the market and this helped me with understanding a little more. Nothing beats an actual interface to ask the exact questions that you need answered but this book did make some key points.

Tagir NagumanovTagir Nagumanov: If you're completely new to the world of investing (I knew a lot of stuff prior to reading this book), you'll definitely find it useful. You'll have the opportunity to learn all the basic stuff: stock splits, P/E, metrics for fundamental analysis, types of securities, etc. The book design and appearance are solid, but the price could've been lower IMHO.

Adam: This book is extremely well-written and avoids most of the common mistakes investing books make. It describes each topic well and concisely -- without burdening you with too much detail on each topic.
The author highlights some of the most important aspects of investing such as living below your means, asset allocation, and avoiding common behavioral investing mistakes.
I would recommend this book to any new investor looking to get a high-level overview of investing concepts.
