An Avid Reader: Outside of the well written recipes, the author directs the reader to what foods can help against various symptoms that the cancer patient may have. I personally have found it beneficial to my health , helping me counteract side effects of the oncological drug that I am taking.

Kathy: The author coded each recipe with what symptoms they are good to treat. For example, I recently lost a lot of weight due to side effects from a cancer treatment. I looked through the cookbook and noted all recipes for "unintentional weight loss" to get me back on track.

SapphireSkies: This cookbook is so exciting as a caregiver. It feels sometimes that less attention is paid to an appealing diet over medical staff simply suggesting getting food any food down. But I’m a believer that when promoting healing and battling disease good food is integral too wellbeing. This book not only has interesting recipes, but lots of the recipes contained ingredients I already had in the pantry. And! There’s an identification of the symptoms the recipe helps with. So thankful for this resource.

Colleen: I ordered this cookbook because my son has been battling a chronic illness and right now with winter approaching I wanted to bolster my families immune system as we head into cold and flu season along with COVID-19. I love that this cookbook tells me what foods can be inflammatory and which ones are good at helping with nausea. No one in our house has cancer thankfully. This cookbook is wonderful for anyone who is looking for great recipes that are packed with nutrient rich foods.
I would give it more stars if I could. I have made the bone broth that makes my house smell like Thanksgiving day and is like liquid gold. My boys will eat anything if I add some bone broth to it. I have tried the Herb Citrus Marinade on chicken and it was a hit. My family came back for seconds. I also tried the Baked Oatmeal Recipe and it is so fantastic! I cannot wait to make more.
I have purchased cookbooks in the past and have only used a handful of the recipes, as I look through this I know that I will be using the entire...
