Renee': I make a lot of stir fry and a packet of this sends the dish over the moon. It’s not hot hot like pad Thai can be but it’s Perfect.

Katrina Haffner: Desperate for the peanut sauce like they serve at Thai restaurants, I tried some stuff in bottles from grocery stores, but they weren't the same. After reading the reviews for this, I decided to give it a shot...and it's exactly what I've been looking for! With the great addition of a nice spice. My only complaint would be that I wish more came with it, especially as I like the sauce to be thicker - it goes really quickly. And I guess it tends to be a bit bland when runny. (Also when it's thicker, you can taste the spice better.)
This is how I make it (forgive me, I don't like taking measurements):
1) I pour enough coconut milk in the saucepan with the mix so that it's still runny.
2) I turn on the burner and wait until I can notice it thickening.
3) I quickly turn the stove off, as the residual heat will continue to thicken the sauce.
4) I then add more coconut milk to my desire without any additional heating. I reach a compromise between it being runny and thick.
