tjp1684tjp1684: This is not going to be the same peanut sauce you get at a Thai restaurant, but it has been good to use for home cooking. I’ve used it in a variety of chicken and noodle dishes, and it seems pretty healthy too. The flavor isn’t outstanding, but it’s not a real expensive product.

The Velvet Lounge Life on YouTubeThe Velvet Lounge Life on YouTube: I made some wonderfully tender octopus with some fresh veggies and added a few dollops of this peanut sauce and was lost for almost 40 minutes. It's so delicious and the consistency in right in the middle - it is not thin or thick. The sauce clings to food nicely and evenly if it's stirred a wee bit. Apologies, but I forgot to take a photo of the completed dish. I will order the sauce again.
