Ibis: Thank you so much for offering this part. Both we, and our fish, were going crazy because of the loudness of the pump in the aquarium and now it is nice and quiet again. It’s a lot cheaper than having to buy a whole new pump. My husband said it was easy to install.

Greg D. Garcia: This impeller worked perfect for my Aqua-Tech 30-60 filter. Seller will tell you this part will not work for the Aqua-Tech 30-60 filter but with some careful removal of the old impeller from the intake tube sleeve. I pulled the impeller side rubber used some aquarium safe super glue and it clicked into place. The impeller plastic was just a smidge bigger that the old one. I though i was going to have clearance issues but no it works better than stock. Now I have a replacement impeller to buy for my Aqua-Tech 30-60 filter which are non existent on the net. Makes a small hum but way quieter than my busted one. After time it may quiet down completely. If you own a Aqua-Tech 30-60 filter that needs an impeller get this one it is the closest thing to stock, dimension wise!!
(UPDATE) IT QUIETED DOWN TO JUST THE NOISE OF THE WATER MOVING OUT OF THE SHOOTS..

Kerri: Have set up a 55 gallon sand substrate with argonite stones chiclid tank not yet stocked until after Christmas bc Santa’s coming with the remaining two accessories the heaters and the air pump😉 i bought this piece here and it was not sold in any pet store. I’m glad I was able to buy this online and save $35. I would have had to buy a new box filter if it wasn’t for amazon selling these parts. It works well! I’ve had the tank cycling for three weeks now and so far so good. It’s whisper filter impeller has a rather relaxing flow. I’ve had this filter for three years in another tank and so far so good.i just might buy another whisper box filter. Can’t wait until after Christmas to stock my chiclid tank
