I'm write here: They are just like any other white quinoa accept you don't have to rinse the bitterness away, which is convenient.

sapphire12: I have been using this brand of quinoa for a few years and am very happy with it. It is pretty clean (but we still rinse it), don't think I've ever found any dirt or other gunk in it. It cooks up well, and the price is fine for the quality. Will buy again when we run out.
