Amazon Customer: Good pantry staple to have. I meal prep with this grain a couple times a month. It’s a light and protein rich grain. I loved that it was affordable for me and organic. Packaging is also good (easier to store in a hard plastic container as opposed to a bag). Will definitely buy again.

Aline Le Blanc: I love this quinoa. The package is a good size and lasts quite a while. You only need a little bit for each serving because it expands when it cooks. It never seems to expire or taste old. This is a great healthy addition to spice up a recipe!

Joy_H: But head's up: this variety of quinoa (small) is the kind that stays millet-like and is better for a dinner pilaf, rather than a soft porrige. It doesn't readily expand and split, but stays dense and compact. Best cooked in broth or stock on the top of the stove. I cook my quinoa in a rice cooker and this variety isn't the best for that.
