Cee: I purchased this unit in July 2022, when I finally got to install it and used with my Asus laptop with Windows 10, the scanner doesn't work. The laptop recognizes the unit as an USB supplementary keyboard but no data is read or transfered to any program. I wrote to seller with the issue and there was no response, no support al all for this defective product.
My recommendation, go to a brick store and buy it there, so you have at least a human face to provide support or honour the warranty.

Brian Gibbons: We ordered 8 of these. Having a scanner at an angle to use while in the cradle and the ability to take it a few feet without a cord is amazing.

2 weeks ago someone can to me to tell me the white light still flashes when they hit the button but no red scanner light. Ok no worries grab one of the old ones that one is probably defective I’ll order you a new one.

2 days ago in speaking with 2 other people I find out their units also have an issue where the red scanner light just does not work. Can be an hour or days till it starts again.

1 of 8 not even worth it to email the manufacturer. 3 of 8 and I am sure more to come seems more like there is an issue with the product.

It is weird, we use a number of this companies scanners for other purposes. The ring scanners are mostly amazing. Seems like they missed the mark on this one though.

David K.: I have tried several wireless handheld scanners this year, and have been disappointed with each one before I got to this one. This reads bar codes so easily that my other scanners had issues with. The charging cradle is the best one I have used, Whenever I buy more wireless scanners, this will be the one I buy. I did not have to worry about scanning something to configure it or do any setup. I just plugged it in and it worked.

Amazon Customer: This is a great wireless barcode scanner out of the box... however, I had issues with scanning the Interleaved 2 of 5, which is all I needed it for.

This was not an issue though, because their tech support was excellent and sent me several e-mails with solutions on how to program it until it did exactly what I needed. They even printed out scan-able instructions on how to remove the check digits before and after the barcode.

So I highly recommend this product because it is solid and works great, and the support team will help you get it setup however you need it!

Igor H.: This is a pretty good wireless scanner. Looks good and does not feel too cheap. It was easy to set up and it works pretty well most of the time scanning all kinds of 1D and 2D barcodes. Easy to have it log the barcode info into any Office software.
This is not the laser scanner though, even though it might look like one. It utilizes a SMOS camera to read barcodes. Does a good job though for the money. Perfect for anyone who needs a barcode reader for occasional or light use and not looking to spend a ton.
