Bryan Shih: Product came well packed. Instructions were clear, it was easy to use. There is a calibration certificate.

Get A Grip: Seems solidly built, but my first reading was higher than is possible at this elevation. It comes with a certificate of calibration and a number you can call (in Taiwan), so I thought maybe it was user error. Sat down to re-read the manual, and it was so poorly written that I could not make sense of it. This company needs to hire an engineer who understands the device AND has a good command of English. Also it makes reference to a “sensor cap,” but there is no diagram of what that looks like - I don’t think it has a cap at all. And it is nice that you can choose your measurement units, but if you want W/M^2 you need to reset the units whenever you turn the device back on. I will try again to figure this all out, but may return it.

Amazon Customer: I purchased this on the advice of a "biohacker blogger" to test the irradiance of photobiomodulation units. While they aren't meant to be completely accurate, because of the various factors involved in testing, for the price you pay, and the conditions, they do give you a very usable result. They're definitely recommended for the purpose described.
Also - when I was having problems with the device, I received a very fast reply from customer services - and several follow ups to make sure that the problem had been solved.
I recommend both the product and the company.

Jon P SummersJon P Summers: Bought this tool to try and evaluate positioning of solar panels for installation. Meter was easy to use and gave good readings and helped me evaluate angles of installation for a backyard pergola. Only wish I could correlate meter readings to actual solar panel output. When my solar system is installed I will be able to compare meter readings to actual solar panel output.

GB: Worked right out of the box, everything included. Button terminology & purpose isn't 100% intuitive, but instructions are adequate for first-timers.
