Kelly: I've been using Tenergy rechargeables in everything for at least 5 years now. Flashlights, remote controls, etc. They don't last in the remotes as long as regular non-rechargable batteries but then you just recharge them, so not a big deal.

I finally had one fail on me, it actually started leaking. Caught it before it did any damage, but it surprised me. Tossed it and came back to amazon to buy more, one failure out of 30+ batteries in 5 years is nothing.

Bill: I bought twelve of these and tested on a Cadex C7000 professional battery analyzer. All had a precharge of at least 80% right out of the packaging, which is very good. After a couple priming charge-discharge cycles, all cells tested at or near 100% of the rated 800 mAH capacity. Most were a little over. Once again, Tenergy wins with quality!

NauNau: Unlike other vendors (or types) Tenergy Centura meets the specs!
It's the most exciting spec in the world, granted, but... They meet it! Unlike other vendors in the same price range!!
I have tested every single one of them.
Each exceeded nominal capacity, some by 5%.
On my latest camping trip they did not let me down, lighting the camp for 4 nights straight.

(And i still have not lost 3 batteries from previous batch that I bought 13 years ago - they still power my house clocks, needing only 1 charge per year)

Are these the best on the market? Of course not 🤣 I have eneloops too.
Are they quality to price best? - also not - but those, which were, are no longer available, and these take the crown 👑

Video Air: Product is actually better than the EBL. These charge routinely to over 90% where the EBL only charges to around 65 at best. Batteries las a long time on each charge and work well in every small electronic device I have put them in. Works great even in my tactical flashlight and my professional flash on my camera. Have AA, AAA and 9V all are very solid performers. Will buy again and would recommend.

Steve D: After less than a year of light use, many of these batteries only have a capacity of <400mAh according to a smart charger. Also they claim to be low self-discharge, but they lose most of their charge in about a week of storage. A waste of money.

Yves Belanger: Fonctionnent à merveille avec le chargeur Tenergy. J'imagine qu'elles fonctionnent avec les autres chargeurs mais je n'ai pas essayé.

Frank Luo: Let's be honest -- I bought these because of the price.

Though it is not mentioned on the description, these are rated 800 mAh. After checking all the (low self discharge -- look it up) rechargeable batteries available both on Amazon and elsewhere, I bought these instead of the many others rated for 900 or 1000 mAh, because the price difference is just insane -- most of them are over $4 per battery, and some are as much as $6 a battery, once you factor in the shipping. At $19 for 12 batteries shipped, I reasoned that these will end up a better deal in the end one way or the other, because let's face it -- most people lose the rechargeable batteries before they get the full 1000 or so cycles out of them anyway.

I decided for the 12 pack because then I can spread out the shipping over more batteries, and with this many of them, I can replace all the AAA batteries in my house, from various remote controls, with rechargeables eventually.

The first thing I did when I got these was to put them through the "refresh" cycle on my LaCross charger. The thing is not cheap but in my opinion well worth it. After the refresh cycle, I fully discharged...
