TEKTON 3/8" Drive Click Torque Wrench - Accurately Measure and Tighten Fasteners

WESIII: Seems like a quality product. Comes in a nice case. I like that the markings are easy to see and highly visible. A nice touch over cheaper similar wrenches. For the price paid it can’t be beat. Much like that day in November I feel like I stole it.

Phil: I have a Snap-on torque wrench that reads accurately from 50-150 ft/lbs, and a 3/8" drive torque wrench that is pretty close from 1-250 Inch/Lbs, but nothing accurate between those. This Tekton fills that space wonderfully. I just received it and used it for the first time today. I was immediately impressed with the apparent quality of this tool. It is heavy (that's a good thing), and nicely finished. The numbers and markings have a precision look and feel. The fit and finish reminds me of the Snap-on, and the old Proto torque wrench I had many years ago, so I am thrilled to have purchased this for (considerably) less than $100. Another thing that impressed me was the documentation. This is a "Made in the USA" tool, and the operator's manual shows it--it's actually written in English, and printed large enough to read. The manual includes detailed instructions for use and informative diagrams on how it works. VERY IMPRESSED!

Rob Voss: This torque wrench arrived well-packaged and contains a hard plastic case with retaining clips to keep it closed. It makes for a good storage case as well and fits in my toolbox drawer. The wrench is easy to use as torque is set like most common torque wrenches. It's length and weight are perfect for it's intended use. It also appears to be built well and sturdy.

Josh: I bought the 1/2" Tekton clicker about 6 years ago, mainly for auto repair, and it's served without issue or complaint from day one. Hundreds of jobs, water pumps to suspension to timing belts to intake manifold gaskets to axle nuts to driveshafts to brake calipers and including one transmission removal and install and who can remember what else. Never had a torqued fastener work loose. Still works every time. Still looks pretty new, for that matter - I take care of it but I was shocked to see the 2017 as my purchase date! I don't have a bunch to compare to, but for the money, this has been a great purchase.

Pro4X: I calibrate very expensive torque wrenches to NIST Standards at my work place, and these are just as accurate when compared on our calibration equipment at a fraction of the cost.
I own several Tekton socket sets, eight "vise grip" type pliers, two torque wrenches and two full sets of wrench so far, and continue to be impressed with the quality and value of the Tekton brand even with rising costs. I will buy more Tekton Tools to complete my tool box and replace the other brands. I have used every well known brand of tools and I choose these, because of the value and quality. I would like to keep Tekton my little secret so the price doesn't go up as they become better known, but sadly, if I'm the only person buying them they won't be able to continue to produce more tools because of such a small demand.

Niklas Blomdalen: Utmärkt, bra variant på moment, smidigt litet huvud, går bra att komma åt i trånga utrymmen med. Har letat efter en 3/8 momentnyckel länge. Väldigt nöjd med kvalitet och känsla när rätt moment uppnåtts.
