They really help when a cold or sinus trouble are setting in to help move the lymph from the nose, eyes and center face to the lymph nodes in front of and behind the neck and then down the neck. I actually use it in reverse, making sure the neck, ears and cheeks are open before rolling from the face outwards. Reduces puffiness and clears things out for me.

Miss Siren: I used the roller everyday came in a nice box . I kept in fridge and used about 2 x per day until it snapped in half . But I still think it’s a great product . I feel it was my fault it snapped in half so not blaming the jade roller itself
