For 8 weeks now I have been using these (with lotion) for an hour each morning. In the beginning I also used them in the evening briefly, but it was a pain with my busy schedule and the fact that you CAN see these HUGE things when you use them.. I just don't. I've tried others, these are the best.

Right from the first use my non reactive nipples became reactive. I have 1 flat and the other inverted nipple. just 1 hr a day and they are popping out regularly. They like the shower. Sean C.: I have purchased quite a few different accessories for enlarging my nipples, several different suction devices and bands. These are by far the best for all day wear. I also love the fact that they different sizes. As a guy I have small nipples and the number 1 size works the best. It sucks enough of my nipple up in but does not pull up the surrounding skin like some of the other shy nipple accessories do. I wear these almost all day long under loose fitting clothes. I suggest starting out for 20-30 minutes at a time and slowly increasing the time every day. If you rush into trying to wear for extended time you run the risk of blisters forming. I use a generous amount of nipple balm on my nipples and a small amount on the cup to help form a nice seal. I will wear for several hours and then off for about half an hour to allow my nips to breathe. While I have them off I apply a generous amount of balm to keep my nipples soft and supple. You want to keep your nipples moisturized so they will stretch easier. I have been doing this for a month now and have seen a significant amount of enlargement of my nipples. They won't stay engorged and will shrink back down once the cups are removed...

nns: So let me just started by saying, I only gave this product 4 stars because they size chart and the measurements are not really helpful. The company does need to do way better at explaining the sizes, I would recommend going a size up or even picking the largest size so you will not have to buy this product twice, like me.

I've had inverted nipples my entire life, as a result as crazy as this may seem in almost 30 years of living, I had never seen my nipples fully/semi/or even remotely come at all. So I had no idea how big or small my nipples actually were and boy was I surprised when I use this product for the first time. They are very similar in size to gum drops so the size 2 cups were too small and was uncomfortable taking them off, but they were fine putting them on. So I did order the size 4 and I will just place the size 2 cups to the side somewhere.

I eventually want to have a baby and of course breastfeed so I thought why not try some non-surgical options now and see how they work.
