Amanda: Pumping is not for everyone, but if you are doing it, do yourself a favour and get this pump spray. It helps lubricate your delicate breast into the pump for much smoother suction. I wont pump without it now. It has a very light coconut smell and does not affect the breast milk. 100% worth it.
