D. Westcot: I am a person who has to consciously search for ways to make vegetables the main part of my diet as I grow SO bored with salads. When I saw this bag of fresh vegetables already prepared to just throw in a pan and stir-fry, I just had to try it. It included vegetables that I never purchase such as brussel sprouts and kale, which I always thought I hated. However, I just sauteed this bag of vegetables in a little olive oil and also added some pre-cooked, step four chicken that is also available from whole foods, and added the teriyaki sauce that conveniently comes in the vegetable package. It took all of 5 minutes And was remarkably good! I should say it was great, it really really was. I was so surprised and pleased and can't wait to get it again. I will say that I'm going to use at least two packages of the vegetables for any added protein, shrimp, chicken, tofu, whatever. It is so good and easy and I am very happy to have found a wonderful tasting way to get in those vegetables.
