D. Sullivan: It’s a great food and my dogs love it. So I rate the food 4 star’s overall. However, the bag arrived taped up and had an open hole in the corner of the bag. The shipping box was fine so the bag shipped from Amazon damaged and contents spilling out.

JR: I have a pack of six, including two terrier mixes, a beagle, and two herding mixes. They're anywhere from 1 year to 9 years old, and all happily eat this food. Previously I'd tried a variety of standard and grain free foods, but I could never get all six to agree on a food and I didn't notice any significant changes in health with any particular brand.

The Taste of the Wild Wetlands formula food seems a step above. Their bowel movements are regular and healthy looking, stomach upset is very uncommon now, and their coats appear healthier. My nine year old beagle and eight year old Aussie shepherd/ACD mix have noticeably better energy levels as well, and the patch of dry flaky skin on my beagle's back has cleared up.

I'm now doing a mixed diet with dry only in the mornings, and half dry mixed with a quality chicken or fish based canned in the later afternoon, supplemented with cooked vegetables occasionally. It's expensive compared to the cheaper food brands, but I've never seen my dogs healthier or happier.
