Deb watson: My fur baby is a Cimarron lab and has stomach and skin issues. We switched from chicken based to salmon based and her issues are gone. Her skin and coat look great now !! Her stomach tolerates the change also , she likes the taste . Happy with my purchase.

Roberto Castillo: My dogs began having issues with their dry dog food. After several vet visits it was recommended I try something for sensitive stomachs. This worked! They stopped throwing up. It’s pricey but they do enjoy it.

steven bitz: I slowly switched my black lab to this food because the foods she were previously in were causing super sized bowel movements, and I thought it was a problem. Until I switched to this food. After doing a very slow transition, now that’s she’s fully switched over, she’s has nothing but issues. Diarrhea , all over our house about a week after fully transitioning over to this food. Her fur is falling out in MASSES and she’s lost all her shine. She is miserable and dreads the food. Needless to say we are looking for another food option, and a vet appt is in order, but I strongly feel this food was the main culprit. So I suggest you contact your vet before deciding to switch foods in your dog! We’ve done so before, but never had results like this.
UPDATE: put my dog on a simple salmon and rice based dog food. What a difference! No more issues. I ended up putting her back on this food for a few days as I couldn’t get the new food. Instantly started having the same bowel and hair/dry skin issues.

Nadine: Have a subscription for this as it is great dog food. This month the bag arrived cut/torn, which is weird because the Amazon box it was packaged in was not damaged.

Christina: When we adopted our Alusky mix (Malamute/Siberian) she was slightly overweight and had a terrible relationship with food. She was overfed and did not get the right amount of exercise when she was with her foster family. The adoption group provided the food for anyone fostering dogs and it was a very cheap brand that was harsh on her stomach. When we got her, we switched her to a different brand. She continued to throw up any time she ate and would go days without eating. Once we switched to Hills, it was like she was a different dog. She dropped at least 10 pounds of fat and gained muscle, she had more energy for her walks (and now she sprints like a racehorse), and she can now have snacks without throwing up. We would recommend Hills to everyone! She's a very happy girl.

Diane: My 4-year old shish-tzu has a problem with his digestion, from time to time he would vomit his complet meal, other times it would be yellow broth, either way at 10 lbs, he is definitely not over weight. So this new brand mentions this is a digestive food for my dog. It's been approximately 2 weeks and he has vomited, once, so I decided to mix a little mixed vegetables with his nibbles. Maybe just enough to give more humidity so that he can easily break, chew and better digest his meal. We still are a trial trying this brand. I'm hoping that my trust with Hills Science Diet, will content him for years to come, I'll check back in maybe 4 months about this brand food for my dog. Bye, Diane from Canada
