Amazon Customer: I do not do spicy. This jelly is so yummy. 1 jar of jelly- 12 oz whipped cream cheese -town house crackers. You can hardly make a simpler yummy cracker dip. Must have for jar in the cupboard all the time for drop in guest and surprise pot luck!

K.C.: In one of our meal kits we made a red pepper jam baked salmon and it was such a hit that I went on a hunt to find my own red pepper jam. I was not disappointed with this; it's super close. We have applied to on toasts, crackers, mixed in cream cheese, on baked chicken, and even in a teriyaki Ramen bowl. We keep on experimenting with it. Admittedly, it is a little light on the spicey heat level, but it's there which is great. When we baked our chicken we upped the heat by mixing in a pinch of hot red chili powder - it was so good.

Great durability: When it arrived the jar was thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap twice over. The lid was sealed so well and tight that I had to use my jar opening tool. To me, that's a plus rather than an inconvenience.
100% will buy again.
