Trinity Murchie: This is a tasty, worthwhile substitute for honey if you are vegan, looking to cut back on sugars, or are like me and sensitive to honey (tears). It tastes good in tea and oatmeal, but changes the color. It's not very good in coffee, though, so it looses some points for lack of versatility and color influence.
However, that is minor. Seriously this is the better honey subs I've found as it is natural, sweet, and generally healthy. Buy the two pack. You will like it enough to go through both.
