I first found this sauce several years ago while judging a BBQ contest in Kansas City. I was hooked. Not all runny and mustardy. Complex flavor that adds to the meat flavor and does not cover it up. Slightly sweet, slightly spicy, slightly smokey with a little kick at the end. As a Master BBQ judge I have tasted alot of BBQ sauce and this is the one I use at home. Usually I taste ketchup, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar. Not so with this one. Thick, rich, deep complex flavor. Love it and the rub is amazing too.
