1smoothie: As a DC native, chicken wings, fries with salt, pepper and ketchup on them and mambo sauce on the side was the only way to eat fried chicken wings! I use this on my Popeyes and for my crab leg sauce and it’s delicious!!!

Update: this sauce is the bomb on lobster tails! I used it as a glaze and it was a hit!!!

Grwarlock: I wish I could say it was bad so you would go away and leave more for me. This sauce is spot on ! It hits every point i want. I use it on every thing and i mean everything. Thick sweet and tangy. Clings well for great BBQ meats. Fish--off the hook. There is not enough to say other than its great.

The only draw back, the price ! being I go though a bottle once a week , it becomes expensive at 11.00 a bottle. I wish they had gallon jugs and a price that was easy on the pocket book. You have a winner but please, work on the price so that us hooked on it can feed our habit with out killing the bank.
