David Berkowitz: I was looking for a pair of sweatpants for casual wear. After trying and rejecting 2 different brands I gave these a try.
The others were way too baggy. But these slim fit are exactly what I was looking for. That despite the fact that no one would call me a slim person except sarcastically.
Like all the others they are too long for my short legs. But the cuffs hold the ankle so the pants don't drag the ground.
The fabric is lightweight but fine for indoors and outdoors in moderate weather. I'm not sure how they will feel on a very cold Chicago day. Hopefully I won't know that for many months!
Wish list:
1. The waist size is smaller than "normal." I got the 3x, a size up from my usual. The waist is what would normally be a 1x. There is no 4x,which is what I would have ordered for a perfect waist fit. But this works OK.
2. I wish there were a back pocket.
Overall, I'm very happy with these and recommend them to guys who hate baggy pants.
