Dauthdaert: Grated, it was a small cliff, more of a steep rocky hill covered with pointy rocks.

At first I wasn't a big fan of these because they showed a little too much man-bulge when the high rise waist was pulled up (I'm 6'1" so that might be abnormal), but I found that they were still really comfortable and looked fine when worn at standard waist height with a long shirt or hoodie "covering things."

So comfortable infact, that I decided to give em a test hiking up in the Rockies. 5 miles in, and I was very glad to be wearing something with some thermal protection from the cold spring air. I'd say it was a brisk 50 in the sun, 45 shaded (I was using these as an outer later).

I then spotted a river I wanted to refill my water bottle from, and while trying to get down to the bottom my foot slipped. A good 6 ft tumble later and I found myself at the bottom, covered in scratches and bruises from sharp rocks But incredibly, the leggings were in perfect condition. A bit dusty but NO tears or strings snagged or anything!

Once I recovered myself, they had no problems with chaffing. Oh, and the pockets are fantastic. NEVER buy leggings you intend to wear as an outer...

Spencer H: Overview:

These are great for the money. For $20ish it’s hard to complain especially when my past experience with leggings has been with premium womens brands. I look forward to more “innovation” in this space when honestly I think mens leggings need less tweaks from existing womens designs than designers think they do.

The good:

They mostly stay up when not exercising. While not exercising a bent down a few time to tie shoes, pack my backpack and stuff and they came down a bit. Once you get a bit of a sweat on they don’t really move. I wonder if a smaller size would help this, though it’s slight and avoidable if I pull them up a bit higher to start…

Pockets! Seriously it took until 2021ish for someone to make mens leggings with normal pockets like on womens leggings. The right position on the leg makes your phone disappear when being active. Thank you.

Higher rise: I’ve tried a couple pairs of mens leggings in the past that have a low rise and they have always dig in and/or chafed. These are nearly up to the belly button with a drawstring. The drawstring results in a bit of chafe if you don’t get the height just right (just above...
