Dominick Forte: Love the color red with baby blue backing. I have a Bolognese Bichon and this fits perfectly and the leather is nice and soft. I especially like the ring on the back for the leash, very convenient as opposed to being on the front.

Christian C. Kunig: This is as small as dogs get. I ordered the extra small collar, after measuring his neck, and it's exactly right. In fact it would accommodate somewhat larger and somewhat smaller dogs. So you can trust the size chart if you measure around your dog's neck first.

If anything, it's a little too hefty! If it were any wider, it would look ridiculous. This is a VERY well-made collar! Very good for the price. I really like the choice of colors! I ordered brown and it blends in nicely with his fur! I didn't want him to end up looking like a little four-legged Ronald McDonald [TM] or anything!

Laima R: The outside is a soft buttery leather while the inside is an even softer man-made material. No "break in" time needed for the leather to get soft and it's quite sturdy.

(Note: the loop to clip dog tags on to the collar wasn't particularly sturdy and ripped off pretty early on)
