Rich and Amy: I purchased this collar for my grandmother's 9-pound Toy Fox Terrier. After a few days, I realized the adjustable collar was repeatedly loosening on its own. I contacted the seller and explained the issue. They promptly responded and asked for the dog's neck measurement. Upon providing them this information, they provided three options to remedy the issue including making a custom collar to fit the dog's specific neck measurement. I am so pleased with their customer service and commitment to their product! The craftsmanship of the embroidery is excellent. I chose this business over the others because I needed the item immediately. Delivery for other businesses on Amazon offering this product were two to three weeks out from the order date.

Scruffy: The collar is exactly what I wanted. It's bright orange for the fall and my dog can be seen. The stitching is well done, good craftsmanship overall. Size recommendation was for a large and my dog is at the small end of the large with a 20" neck, but it fits great. Thank you!

That JLoThat JLo: All my friends think I’m so clever for having these collars because they’ve all had the experience of tags falling off their dogs’ collars. I think this collar is brilliant because my dog can quietly move around my bed, bedroom and apartment without announcing her movements with every little move. I’ve purchased 2 in the past 5 years and still have both. The plastic buckle continues to work well and the embroidery is intact with no fraying whatsoever. Recently, purchased one for a friend. They make an ideal gift for your crazy dog lady and man friends.

Sharon D.: I purchased these collars in November 2019 and as of August 2023, they remain in excellent shape. They continue to hold their size (no slipping on the size adjustment) and there is very little wear apparent on the collar itself, even with them being on my dogs almost all the time. (I have one who is an escape artist so I prefer to keep the collar with my phone number on him at all times.) In the 3 years prior to purchasing these, I went through multiple collars and never found one that lasted long at all (including some Kong brand collars).

I have two large, oily labs and when I wash these collars, they still look brand new. I chose white as the thread color and after washing it is still as bright as when I first purchased.

I will 100% purchase these again when/if the time comes.

R.SR.S: Super collier pour ma Princesse. Ajustable sur plusieurs centimètres. On peut bien sur accrocher une laisse. Le grand choix des couleurs m'a séduite et le prix était correct.
Le colis est arrivé assez vite en plus... mais il était accompagné par la postière qui m'a réclamé 12 euros de frais de douane ! Ça fait cher le collier avec ces frais. Dommage, j'aurais bien voulu en commander d'autres.

Un mois que notre chien l’a et il semble tenir en qualité.
En revanche 11€ de frais de livraison à l’arrivée je dois dire bof. Autant le dire avant ça évite les mauvaise surprise …
