Amazon Customer: Recently started using. After a few times it stopped recognizing that a card was inserted. Keeps saying “There is no card. Please insert…..”

Amazon Customer: Got this for my grands. They love it. Easy to use. A couple of times I think it read the wrong item and the wrong sound but not every time for the particular card so maybe just a minor glitch. Overall it’s a good educational tool for toddlers and older.

Christine: My 2 year old granddaughter loved this, it was easy to use and very entertaining. However, after a few uses the battery now refuses to hold a charge. The volume is extremely low and we can barely hear it. So basically I gave a love/hate relationship with this thing. Great idea, educational, fun, but ours is a dud!
UPDATE: the company responded to my review via email and offered me a new unit. It arrived today and I’m hoping that the first one was just a dud. Kudos for great customer service!!

TomTom: Easy to use on/off switch. Words are audible and clear. Kid tested and approved! I bought it for my 3 yr grandson, and he loves it, it makes the animal sounds for the cards that have animals. High quality, tastefully bright contrasting colors. It also makes animal noises and fits perfectly into his small hands! Great for any child.
