BelindaBelinda: I bought these cards for my 6yr old daughter to begin learning sight words. The cards are great, we practice with them on our way to school. She spells the word, we both pronounce the word together and we use the word in a sentence. My only issue is the font used. The letter L (lower case) in each word looks like a backwards j. Which isn't easy for a child who is recognizing sounds with letters. I had not noticed prior to purchasing. Please consider revising the cards with a different, clear, simple font.

Donovan Sexton: The cards were seemingly not used by whoever mass printed them. Many letters have the trails, but then when you come to a capital I they don't then have the lines. Basically someone simply used a standard keyboard, hit print and never tried it on their target audience.
Overall still great, but definitely not created by K-2 teachers.

CHIAWIACHIAWIA: These cards are great! There are 52 cards to each ring, they are double sided with a different word on each side and an extra card with a master list of all the words in that pack. The cards are well made with rounded edges which looks better and makes them last longer. Each box of cards has a level on it so you can start with the right one you need for your kids learning level, with 1 being the easiest, and the 1st you will start with. The package also came with an extra card that has educational exercises and games that you can use the cards for, and instructions on how to play each one.
I would recommend this for anyone who needs practice with sight words, spelling, or just starting out with learning words. I will definitely buy again to give as gifts!
