PP: I like this accessories set. The belt is very strong, I can use any loops I want and not need to adjust. The block is every comfortable and good quality. I tried only band the light one for my hand exercise, it is pretty good. I would recommended for the beginner, because this is really worth for your money. This is a lot cheaper than buy it separately. I would like to thank the company who sell this set for affordable price. It is good for a gift too.

bebe_jon: I bought this to help me with some rehab for an IT band injury. I love the yoga blocks -- they are the perfect size and very sturdy. The blocks and the strap are definitely helping me get the deeper stretches that I need to rehab my leg. The resistance bands are also great for doing clam shells, banded squats and side-steps, and other exercises for firming and strengthening the glutes. It's overall a great quality set for the price.

Petra Geek: I got this during social distancing when I couldn't go to the gym, and just used workout apps / youtube videos. It works great because it has the resistance bands which expand what you can use to workout at home, and it will be great for travel. Honestly, I couldn't have picked a better kit, especially when all weighted items are sold out. Individual product reviews below:
Resistance Bands
Sturdy and have no slipped - all I could really ask for.
Yoga Blocks
Regular yoga blocks, have used them a lot so far and I dont have anything bad to say about them.
Strap
I actually really like this strap because it has different positions for you to place your hands into, so that you don't have to do that weird "holding the strap really tight thing" while stretching.
