Premium Velvet Bolster Pillow for Yoga - Florensi (26"x11"x5.5")

Elizabeth: I love this brand and have many of their products so I wanted to support them again and buy their bolsters. They are beautiful, very smooth fabric and nice colors but not what I’m looking for in a bolster. I want something a bit heavier and sturdier, and these are definitely on the smaller and lighter side as far as bolsters go. I will probably just find other uses for them and they are still quite beautiful, so I think all in all I’m not too sorry I bought them, they’ll add something to the mix in the meditation/ workout area. But if you want a typical yoga bolster like you might have used in a yoga studio, and you are only buying one or two, go with another option. But check out this brand for everything else they sell, they’re great!

AIP Recipe CollectionAIP Recipe Collection: Wanted to love this economical little bolster but had to return it as I don't feel it will hold up to long term use and heavier weight/long term sitting on it.
I was also disappointed to see the filling looks like polyester fibre fill, not cotton as advertised. I'm no expert on fibres, but this just doesn't feel like cotton to me.
I'm looking for something with more natural fibres and heavy density like they have at the yoga studio, so I'll need to pay a higher price to get it.

UPDATE: The seller was very quick to respond and make things right. Positive experience even though this wasn't exactly what I was looking for.

FEMM: This is my first pregnancy and I tried several maternity pillows the first trimester. None of them worked for me, this was recommended and it has been excellent. I use it to stretch and to sleep. Because it maintains its shape, I can sleep on my side; my hips stay aligned not putting extra pressure.

Roslyn S.: I have 3 other bolsters from 2 other companies. Florensi’s is the best one. I have the light blue to blend with the decor of my living room (now also my part time yoga studio) and 2 Florensi light blue meditation cushions that do double duty as floor cushions on the open side of my coffee table. Why do I prefer this bolster to the others? The cover is dense and soft against my skin and looks rich. It zips off for machine washing. The carry handle is lovely and does not protrude. The filling is stiff enough for support in yin and restorative poses without without feeling unwieldy. It is supportive without collapsing (in forward fold with bolster angled, and when placed on top of a block to angle bolster for lying back on it in a semi reclined butterfly, for example). And it’s relatively lightweight. Size works out perfectly for me (I’m 5’7”, weight 130 lb.). My other rectangular large bolster is a bit longer and wider and very nice, but it collapses a bit. Florensi’s bolster just feels better for heart openers. And although I have a long, narrow bolster for them, usually I prefer Florensi's bolster. And the customer service is responsive and superb.
